Kenneth L. Kieser is a man of the West, a Missouri outdoorsman who's family's history goes back to Jessie James, and even to the early days of Deadwood, Dakota Territory. He is an award-winning outdoor writer of 30 years with several thousand bylines in newspapers and magazines. He takes over as president of the Southeastern Outdoor Press Association in October, 2009. His popular Western novel, "Ride the Trail of Death," is available through most bookstores or online.
