American Indian Culture Day: Games

Bring the family to the Autry for a full day of American Indian culture!

John Bradley (Comanche/Cherokee), a nationally recognized artist in basketry and traditional arts, will share traditional games from American Indian cultures-from the Plains to California. Families will learn about the history and role of games in American Indian life, join together in a game, then make game pieces to take home and enjoy with family and friends.

1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. StoryTime
1 p.m. Family Tour Led by Museum Docents
1:30-2:30 p.m. and 3-4 p.m. Docent Hands-On Carts

2-4 p.m. The Art of Native American Basketry tours
2-4 p.m. Live American Indian Music
