Ebook Version of ‘Outlaws and Lawmen’ Collection of Western Short Stories Released

The eBook version of Outlaws and Lawmen (ISBN: 978-0-9857551-3-3), La Frontera Publishing's latest collection of Western fiction short stories written by some of America's newest Western writers, is now available as a Kindle edition at Amazon.com, and can be found by going to www.amazon.com/dp/B00AKI2T9C.

Jackson, a rising star in Western writing; Douglas Hocking, Jerry Guin, James Hitt, Jason H. Campbell, Rob Kresge, Wesley Tallant, W. Michael Farmer and Dave P. Fisher, all who have their own unique voices.

Award-winning Western author Johnny D. Boggs, a six-time Spur Award-winner and six-time finalist who also has won the Western Heritage Wrangler Award for his fiction, introduces this collection.

"Fans of Western shortr story telling have been asking us to bring out an eBook version of Outlaws and Lawmen, and we're pleased to release a Kindle edition just in time for Christmas," said Mike Harris, La Frontera Publishing's publisher. "We will be releasing eBook versions of some of the Western novels we've published in print form, plus some new titles for 2013."

Outlaws and Lawmen brings Western literature fans stories about cattle rustlers, bank robbers, card sharks, brutes, thieves and those who would kill just as soon as look at you. Many a frontier boom town grew faster than the law could handle. But there were men who would try, the men who pinned on a badge and fought to bring justice.

The new anthology series is entitled "La Frontera Publishing Presents the American West." The second anthology in the series, entitled Dead or Alive, is scheduled to be released in fall 2013.
